They help me not to crunch with every movement. The price is high but reasonable. I have been buying Animal Flex 1-2 times a year for over five years. My orthopedic doctor recommended it specifically due to the substantial doses of Glucosamine and Chondroitin. One course lasts for 44 days, with one sachet per day. While the tablets do not work immediately and have a cumulative effect, I begin to notice results after two weeks of daily use. By the end of the course, my joints usually feel fantastic, and the crunching almost disappears. I also find exercises easier; my joints seem to move more fluidly without any unpleasant sensations at all.

To be healthy and active, I highly recommend this product! After taking it for 12 days, my spinal pain has completely disappeared. I bought it not for sports but for joint and bone issues. The only downside is the high cost, but the benefits outweigh this concern.

Improved joint mobility

I purchased Animal Flex based on positive reviews. After a week and a half of usage, my elbows, which hurt due to training, stopped bothering me. My trainer also confirmed it's a good product. The ingredients are of high quality and effective. You can take fewer tablets in a day, which is a plus, as the experience was quite pleasant.
